Why this live ?
2 reasons !
- For several months, or even a year now, we have noticed that the Actito uses a lot of "activation marketing" keywords in their communications... So, at Badsender, we were intrigued...
- At Badsender, we do a lot of coaching for companies. And we see that brands are sometimes lost in setting up their emailing strategy. They have, certainly, a routing tool but they don't know which email content to send, to which targets, at what pace, how to read the statistics, which A/B tests to perform, which scenarios to set up...
In short, There is often a gap between the richness of a tool and the actual handling by brands.
It's a bit like when you come out of a training course, at first you understand everything and you're highly motivated but in fact in real life, you have trouble applying what you've learned.
Are the routers aware of this? Are they concerned about this? What are they doing about it?
In the end, maybe there is a connection between these 2 reasons. I will discuss it with Jonathan WuurmanVP of Marketing at Actito.
