For an email confirming a hotel room reservation, I think it's pretty slick:
- A real graphic layout, with even an animated gif in the cover to bring a little life and humor to the beginning of the email.
- A simple object, reminiscent of my booking code, and a "so cute" preheader: The world's fluffiest pillows are waiting for you! 🙂
- A superb hierarchy of information, with dates and prices jumping off the page to quickly find this type of indispensable information.
- Beautiful contrasts (the red of the logo and the call to action on the purple background in the cover are just gorgeous)and, overall, only 4 colors in all!
- Moderate but highly aesthetic use of pictograms, with consistency in the library used.
- A very nice table layout for the summary of booking details and extras: I can find all my data very clearly.
- Square corners everywhere. And straight lines are beautiful!
