The emailing Twittos to follow!

Dear fellow members (I get lost with inclusive writing) of email marketing, the time has come to cathedrals to share with you...

My favorite sources for everything related to emailing.

I keep a daily watch on a brand new network that you might know, it's called Twitter and I think it might develop in the next few years... For the moment it's still a niche, and I'm watching several individuals that I propose you to discover here by categorizing them, even if the practice is a bit barbaric since their "tweets" as we say are not necessarily limited to the above-mentioned category.

Technical email : HTML, CSS, Hacks, Tips 'N Tricks

  1. Rémi Parmentier In video games, there is always a boss at each level, then the Mega Boss at the end of the game... Well, it's the same here: Rémi is a separate entity, with his own agency. Tilt studio in Tourcoing on a human scale (no, no, this is not the address)and yet has managed to rise to the position of an international expert in the little technical things that only he can unearthsuch as the " Fab Four" . I already told you that I was one of his disciples in 2009, in Lille? ("You know my wife?" "Yes chief" "She's beautiful isn't she? " Yes chief "). We are at the point where Mister even warns Gmail about their security flawsthat's to say...
  2. Mark Robbins Email developer, CSS hacker as he likes to call himself. Here we are in the Mesosphere of emailing coding. Founder of RebelMailwith the development of various functionalities in the email itself, and Tips 'N Tricks for which the community of integrators owes him a total respect.
  3. Aaron Simmonds : Finally someone who speaks English normally (well I understand, it's not the same...) and who also really cares about the HTML code in the email. I really think I'd like to meet him, and we'd have a lot of things to talk about, if I could speak a word of English...
  4. Anne Tomlin : Well, on his account, it's a cat show, but damn, it speaks well (in the sense that it even talks about it very well) code (and often with humor)and I'm buying this!
  5. Nicole Merlin : I am on my knees before Mrs. Merlin, who showed me the way to Fluid Hybrid codingand which, post after post, informs us on email coding and technology with a lot of humor!
  6. Courtney Fantinato When someone is managing the problems of the DPI on Outlookand detects background image interpretation problems on Samsung's App EmailIt can only be a machine!
  7. Geoff Phillips If you have never heard of this gentleman, check your Ethernet connection... Period.

Technical innovations

  1. Cyrill Gross : For the moment, the only person I have met who is able to develop an 8-page form in an email (yes, you read that right) and that works (otherwise, it would be too easy, I can do it too!)
  2. Kristian Robinson : His Twitter profile? "Father and husband, and I love to play the drums". And yet, behind this laconic summary hides a great man who literally blew me away with his crazy work on the Faux-Video techniqueBut the guy presents it to you as if it was normal, and says he's not particularly good at CSS... And I'm Demi Moore...
  3. Camille Palu and Miah Robertsa.k.a camiah : Ok, I confess, I don't understand all their Twitter accounts to this crazy couple, nor to their sites by the way. But these Bonnie & Clyde of email coding have tried some crazy stuffIt didn't work often, not everywhere, but it was often a way to work on new techniques in email. And I think they will soon come back in force, I can feel it!
  4. I also add Rémi Parmentier of course!

Design

  1. Fabio Carneiro Fabio could just as easily be classified as an innovator and master of email coding techniques, since he is one of the pioneers of the Hybrid coding technique (a.k.a Spongy Development)but after attending his prez' on the work he does as a Senior Product Designer at Booking.com at Litmus Live in London, I've come around!
  2. Elliot Ross : The guy, quiet pépouz, he participated in the creation of TaxiforEmail andActionRocketBritish email design institutions...
  3. Paul Airy : Because I believe that the work of typography in email marketingIt is clearly impossible to ignore it...
  4. Sam Beddoes : It's simple, Sam's Twitter feed is a directory of human and graphic resources specific to email. You take a tour of his account, and after a while, you'll understand a big part of design in email marketing (well it's not that simple, but it's to make it simple... Well, you know what I mean)
  5. Really Good Emails : Well, I'll tell you that when I'm drying on creative, Really Good Emails is always there for me, it's the friend I can always count on, it's the Universal Encyclopedia in 15 volumes from when we were kids and had to write a paper what! Or how to find inspiration by doing a pre-packaged pigeon hole! 😀
  6. Alice Ko : Unluckily, his account is not updated since mid-July, but otherwise, it's really worth a look!
  7. Ted Goas Mr. Goas : Discovered recently, Mr. Goas is not only about email design, but about the web in general. As a result, there are posts that probably interest us less than others, but hey, it's still good to have, I assure you!
  8. Annette West : Tweets with media, it's always nice I think! Especially when it comes to design! And Ms. West has understood it well! Plus, we also discover little gems on UX and ergonomicsand so I love itoooooooooooooooooooore!
  9. HTML Email Gallery : Well, I don't think there's anything to add here, the name speaks for itself...

Statistics and advice

  1. Jordie Van Rijn : Well ok, it's true that it's more on his site Emailmonday.com that he talks about stats, but a Dutchman who is interested in email marketing, and who has some 9000 subscribers, can't miss it!
  2. Charles Boone : Specialist in emailing as he summarizes on his profile (and I can only confirm)I now call him "Mr. Boone", because level of skills on all the wheels of email marketing, we are on the high level!
  3. Emailing.biz I had promised myself not to quote any "group" or company, but you have to admit that Emailing.biz is a good French watchdog of everything that is done (or not) in the very special field of email marketing! And then someone who starts a tweet "The Ultimate Guide to a Rotten Newsletter had a good place here (well, if the wink is indeed for the Three Brothers, you'll have to confirm it :))
  4. Majelice Stats on email marketing galore, as if it was raining, that's what's good! And at the same time some nice little articles/tutorials to discover!
  5. Matthew Vernhout I'm not a big specialist in deliverability, but you have to keep up with all the facets of the business, and with Matthew, it's done! Moreover, the guy seems to like 250ok, so I'm interested...
  6. Anthony Chiulli : a funded account at least twice a dayand with dubo, dubon, dubonnet (The famous brand of Vermouth from the 80's if you don't know it... Here it follows with the previous twitto, it's not even done on purpose!) And then Anthony is still Marketing Director at 250okI think he knows what he's talking about...
  7. Dan Jark : Dan discusses all the subtleties of email marketing, with in-house posts (not retweeting at all) and must absolutely be followed! It has to be! It lands, but then it leaves again! We have to sleep in it! (I am confusing everything, I apologize)
  8. Arobase.org : It's aptly named, and it includes all the news of the main email clientsThe doctor tells you that you need to be consulted urgently, don't move, I gave you a prescription, you have your health card?

Popes and papesses of email marketing

  1. Justine Jordan : A passionate person, a real one, who lives (I think) for email marketing. If there's one Twitter account to follow, it's this one! Just for her profile summary: "Loves [...] email marketing [...] and cats - especially when combined ". The international email evangelist, quite simply...
  2. Jason Rodriguez : When the man makes all the com' of Litmus, organizes the conferences, and lays you a PDF of over 200 pages on email design and development with 23 videos and 6 hours of step-by-step instructions, you simply bow down, and even if he starts all his sentences with "Awesome..."
  3. Chad S. White (not to be confused with Chad White, I've been fooled before) So, to make it simple, Chad is adorable, smiling, intelligent, has a sense of humor, 16000 followers by the way, and he remains simple despite 3 publications of a bible soberly entitled "Email Marketing Rules... He's my lover, no one touches him!
  4. Kevin Mandeville : Email Designer & Developer, Kevin has just launched a range of humor tshirts from #emailgeek. Just for that, you have to discover him! He is also the co-founder of "The Email Design Podcast" with Jason Rodriguez and participated in the creation of the Litmus builder. Just that.
  5. Jaina Mistry You are going to say to me "Still of Litmus?! Hey ho, it's ok, aren't you done bitching? Jaina really deals with email on her account, and not with Trump or politics, and this is applauded!
  6. Bruno Florence If you live in France, work in the email marketing world, and don't know Bruno Florence, I'm sorry to be blunt, but the wires are not touching. "If I see you I pile on my brakes eh, connections are made!!!"

You may find that this list (not exhaustive) is not representative of the biggest speakers and names to follow on Twitter? Let the French Touch (thanks Renault) is not sufficiently represented, as is parity, for that matter? Or maybe you deserve your own place in this little top? Give me your suggestions, I am a doggie, yes!

PS: A good ranter I just discovered, but already love: Yves-Marie LE PORS-CHAUVEL. And I forgot our God! For me eh, in two words eh: above him there is nobody, below him there is nobody, 'ttends you don't know well Jonathan Loriaux
