Update of our deliverability monitoring solution: Alert management and router integration

Our partner 250ok, with whom we work to market our email deliverability monitoring deployed a new alert management system a few weeks ago. Another new feature is the gradual integration of the solution into a series of routing platforms.

Management of deliverability alerts

The alert management center allows you to unify all alerts in one place. All the modules, whether it be inbox placement analysis, reputation analysis, blacklist monitoring, etc., are made available in order to fine-tune :

  • Thresholds at which an alert must be launched (for example, more than 10% of emails delivered as spam to a particular destination)
  • The people to whom the alerts will be addressed (depending on the type of alert, the critical or non-critical level of the alert, ...)
  • The channel used to relay the alert (email, sms, Slack, HipChat, ... or even a web service to relay the information in your internal systems).
  • The frequency of information analysis (between every 15 minutes and every month)
  • The module and the information on which the alert is based (about sixty possible combinations, not including the name of the ISP/ESP, the blacklist, ...)

This flexibility allows you to adapt to most situations and to adapt to the reality of your business, such as separating alerts according to your brands/sending addresses.

Integration of deliverability monitoring directly into routing solutions

Another new feature is the beginning of the integration of the monitoring platform into the routing solutions of the market. This makes it possible to have a simplified interaction between the data in 250ok and the data in your routing solution. This integration has started with Sparkpost and Sengrid but it will progressively extend to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Amazon WS, ... and other big names in emailing.
