Who is this training for?

Although deliverability is often considered a technical issue, This deliverability training is intended for all the actors of the emailing chainThis is why it's important to take into account the needs of the marketers, emailing project managers, email integrators and technicians. If the consequences of a deliverability incident are mainly technical, the source of these incidents is most of the time due to marketing decisions. It is therefore important that all the players in the deliverability chain are aware of each other's role.
