Return Path integrates Symantec's Trusted Domain List into its anti-phishing solution

On its blog, Return Path announced on October 2 that it had concluded a agreement partnership with Symantec to include the Trusted Domain List "in his anti-phishing solution.

The data from the Trusted Domain List is based on SSL certificates of which Symantec is a leading provider. This integration allows Return Path to reduce false positives in its anti-phishing tools. These tools allow email senders to detect and block attacks that appear to come from their domain names.
