News flash: Actito, marketing automation solution acquires SmartFocus


This June 17, 2019, Actito announces the acquisition of SmartFocus (formerly Emailvision) for an amount that has not been currently disclosed. SmartFocus was founded in 1999 by Nick Heys under the name Emailvision in Paris and is one of the historical players in email marketing.

Ce rachat fait suite à une volonté clairement affichée de la part d’Actito de s’ouvrir toujours plus à l’international. On notera que le communiqué de presse parle d’intégration technique de la solution SmartFocus dans Actito et que le support et le service client de SmartFocus restera dans les mains des équipes de celle-ci.
