Very often, in advertisers' CRM databases, we have transactional data and, of course, email behavioral data. This already allows us to create segments of types: customers, ex-customers... But when we want to go a step further, we quickly feel helpless. We often talk about collecting centers of interest, scoring... all this seems heavy to implement. Is it really necessary to do this? How do we go about it in concrete terms, how do we go about it?

For this live, I will be accompanied by Cédric Letessier, CRM consultant, very DATA oriented, at Meetyourpeople. Cédric has more than 10 years of experience in the organization, enrichment and segmentation of databases. He is on the operational/technical side. So we won't discuss strategy. What interests me the most is to know examples of segments that work, how they are done in concrete terms, how they are done, with what tools, what team, etc...
