On May 1, 2019, Return Path announced that it had been acquired by Validity.
Validity is a company founded in 2018 by the investment fund Silversmith Capital Partners. Its ambition is to become a leader in data quality, to do so, the company acquired BriteVerify and CRMFusion in 2018.
With the acquisition of Return Path, Validity acquires one of the world leaders in deliverability optimization, an expertise that complements its existing services.
