Bisnode strengthens its position in online direct marketing in France with the acquisition of Directinet

The Swedish group Bisnode has announced that it has acquired the company Directinet. Bisnode is a European group (18 countries) active in direct marketing, risk analysis and product information.

In France, Bisnode is mainly represented by WDM France, one of the leaders in direct marketing and marketing database hosting.

For its part, Directinet is one of the leaders in direct e-mail marketing in France. Via Netcollections, it also owns Butineo.fr, which is active in permission-based e-mail marketing.
