01.Summary

As Kolecto enters an acceleration phase, supported by its nationwide distribution via the 39 Crédit Agricole Regional Banks, the email infrastructure becomes a central lever for success. Since the launch at the beginning of 2025, mailing volumes have been growing steadily - so Kolecto's marketing department has taken the lead in laying a sound, sustainable technical foundation with the help of Badsender. This strategic window of opportunity means that best practices can be implemented today, in anticipation of the massive ramp-up currently underway and planned for 2025.

Kolecto, a young, fast-growing platform, is anticipating a sharp increase in the number of emails it sends out: commercial, transactional and newsletters. This growth requires a high value-added email infrastructure:

03.Solutions

The mission was carried out in two stages: a complete audit of the email infrastructure, followed by operational support to implement the recommendations. The aim was to secure the increase in volume, reinforce deliverability and upgrade the skills of the teams.
