What is eCRM and email marketing?

The activity of our agency is a niche field. The eCRM is all the digital channels that allow to maintain a personal relationship with the customers of a company (email, sms, notifications on cell phones, ...). Our goal is to help companies personalize their messages to their customers in order to improve their sales by enriching the customer experience. Within eCRM, a large part of our activity is focused on email marketing, i.e. improving the newsletters and other commercial emails you receive. But beware, we are not allowed to help spammers do their job, our clients must be serious and respect the law.

About Badsender

The Badsender adventure started in 2010 as a blog that became an agency in 2013. Originally founded by Jonathan Loriaux, the agency now has 3 partners in addition to him: Marion Moillet, Olivier Merz and Gregory Van Gilsen. We now have more than 10 collaborators spread between France, Belgium and Switzerland.
