But why was this error not detected in a year and a half?

- To constantly think about the quality delivered.

A need to step back
Taking a step back while the urgency is perpetual is not an easy thing. There are three solutions:- the intervention of an external consultant who will be able to offer you a follow-up of your emailing strategy and your production processes;
- the recruitment of a dedicated person whose role will be to verify the quality aspects of your strategy and to have a transversal vision of your activity;
- a rotating responsibility in your teams that will give a member of your team the opportunity to step back from his or her activity and that of others for a determined period of time.
