Shine is an online pro account designed to simplify the administrative life of freelancers and small businesses. A service that's simple, intuitive and resolutely human (voted Customer Service of the Year 2024 and 2025).

Working in close collaboration with Shine's design studio, Badsender created a bespoke email design system, integrated into LePatron, capable of covering all the brand's communication needs.

Create a design system that is consistent, light on options, and flexible enough to adapt to different routing tools and a wide variety of content.

03.Solutions

We worked hand in hand with Shine's design studio to create a design system in keeping with their branding: clean, controlled, yet formidably effective. The objective: to limit style options to the bare essentials, so as to maintain graphic consistency while facilitating email production by the teams. The system integrates numerous «business» blocks: calendar, dynamic carousel, FAQ, forms, etc., and can manage all types of message (newsletter, lifecycle, acquisition, etc.). The system has been designed to be compatible with several routing solutions, guaranteeing maximum flexibility without sacrificing rigorous design.

04.Result

Thanks to the email design system developed by Badsender, Shine has gained in autonomy and productivity. Teams now create emails perfectly aligned with the brand's graphic charter, whatever the campaign objective and routing tools: newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, acquisition... The integrated system of "business" blocks (FAQ, agenda, carousel, forms, etc.) enables them to meet all communication needs without sacrificing visual consistency. Dynamic content, hover effects and carousels add a touch of interactivity and modernity, reinforcing brand positioning.
