01.Summary

To accompany the redesign of its graphic charter, Younited entrusted Badsender with the integration of two complete email design systems in the LePatron email builder: one for transactional emails, the other for ad hoc emails.

How do you transform ambitious graphic layouts into email block systems that are perfectly compatible with emailing constraints and can be used on a large scale using an email builder?

03.Solutions

Badsender first carried out a feasibility audit of the mock-ups designed by an external agency, in order to validate their adaptability to email and industrialized use. We then built two complete design systems in LePatron, each dedicated to a different type of communication: transactional emails on the one hand, promotional and ad hoc emails on the other. Each system integrates reusable blocks, with strictly defined style options and thematic color switches. All of this enables Younited to produce emails quickly, while guaranteeing impeccable graphic consistency and a total focus on content.

04.Result

Thanks to the tailor-made construction of our two design systems in LePatron, we were able to structure our email production around intelligent blocks, in line with our new visual identity. This approach enabled us to transform an ambitious graphic charter into an operational tool that's easy to use on a daily basis. Our teams can now create and design their emails independently, without the need for technical skills, while ensuring that each email remains faithful to our brand universe. Re-usable and customizable blocks, locked styles and thematic color schemes guarantee consistent graphics, whatever the channel or country concerned. In addition to saving time, our entire organization has gained in agility: we can create and launch campaigns more quickly, share best practices between teams, and upgrade our system without starting from scratch. As a result, we now have a more robust, instinctive and high-performance email ecosystem.
