With the new feature comments, All feedback is done directly in LePatron. No more juggling between tools and email back-and-forth to collect everyone's comments.
Your team members can leave their feedback directly in LePatron. And editors can review and respond to it in the same place.
How do comments work in LePatron?
1. Comment on any block
Click the comment icon in a block's toolbar to attach your feedback. The comment stays linked to the block, even if you move it.
Organize by category and priority
Each comment can be categorized:
- Category General, Design, or Content
- Priority : Info, Important, or Blocking
Blocking comments are highlighted so you don't miss anything.
3. Mention your colleagues
Need a colleague's opinion? Type @ followed by their name to mention them. They will be notified and can reply directly.
4. Answer and discuss
Comments support nested replies. The entire conversation stays grouped and easy to follow.
5. Solve and proceed
Once the feedback has been processed, mark the comment as resolved. It will automatically collapse to avoid cluttering the view but will remain accessible if needed.
Visualize feedback at a glance
Canvas indicators
Visual markers on the right side of the editor show where comments are located. The color indicates the maximum severity.
Badge in the toolbar
The Comments button displays the number of unresolved comments. Can't forget them!
Seen in the email list
From the mailing list, instantly identify emails with pending comments.
Filter to focus
Work block by block with the «Current Block» filter, or display all email comments.
