The job description
To support our growth and strengthen our team, we are looking for a Delivery Manager in a context of international development. Directly attached to the CTO of Sarbacane Software, you will collaborate with the different services (Marketing, customer relations, technical support...) to carry out your missions:
- Ensure maximum deliverability of routed emails.
- Manage blacklists, spam filtering, IP reputation, technical configuration of mail servers.
- Analyze and assess the results of our campaigns, particularly through flows and customer feedback.
- Watch for best-practices by international ISP / Webmail, in the logs, on the web, by networking.
- Participate with SRP R&D in innovation to improve deliverability (scoring...).
- Manage relationships with ISPs / Webmail
- Represent the company and its commitment at key events (Signal Spam, Maawg etc.)
